Meet our people

LION's workforce currently consists of 41 professionals, each dedicated to their role in safely delivering quality products, on time to our clients. All workshop personnel have many years of experience in their rolls, each having undertaken extensive on the job training with continuous assessment and development.

Vocational training is considered essential to maintain our leading edge position when working with the latest machining technologies and methods. LION is not only dedicated to employing and developing our current workforce but is pro-active in assuring that the LION's professionalism and quality remains crucial in the future.

To this end, LION is committed to take on more engineering apprentices. The engineering, administrative and commercial departments supporting our workshops, understand the business requirements. Being dedicated to the oil industry, LION's office based team understand the needs of our client's technical requirements, standards of quality assurance, safety and delivery.
