Lion Engineering Services possess comprehensive machining capabilities including CNC Turning, Milling and integrated Turn/Mill. With on-going investment in the latest CNC machinery that has added to our capacities and a highly skilled and flexible team we can produce 1 off prototype parts through to larger batches in most materials including, mild steel, stainless, duplex, Inconel and many more exotic metals, for which we can either source through our extensive supplier network or work from your free issue materials.
We currently supply to a diverse range of customers, including industrial, automotive, OEM’s and with over 43 years of experience within the oil, gas and marine sectors, Lion Engineering can provide quality products to ever increasing standards throughout Europe.
Lion Engineering Services takes great pride in achieving our customer’s quality and delivery targets, working to a qualified system of BS EN ISO 9001-2008 and employing a full time QA manager to implement and ensure standards are maintained. All parts are meticulously checked before dispatch by our team of highly trained inspectors using an automated CMM integrated with solid works/CAD CAM, plus a full complement of calibrated inspection grade measuring equipment.

CNC Milling Capacity (5 Axis) - Up to 3500mm x 800mm 800mm
We also have extensive manual machining capabilities including large Oil Country Lathes suitable for large pipework, flange mods etc.
