Today the company operates from 4 modern industrial units, offering a comprehensive precision machining capability, complemented by specialist welding / hardfacing facilities. £4 million investment in the last 4 years including £500k in last 6 months upgrading plant and facilities with further investment planned in 2014. Ensuring that LION continues to maintain its ability to provide the highest quality services to our customers long into the future.

History

Formed in 1968, LION Engineering was set up to support the demands of the North Sea Drilling Industry, providing specialist machining and welding services to customers involved with the tough early years of exploration, drilling and production processes both offshore and onshore.
